Job Title: Enterstomal Therapist, Nursing Administration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterstomal Therapist to join our team at Baptist Health. As a key member of our nursing administration, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality patient care through clinical care, consultation, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and consultation to patients with wound, skin, and continence needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Support and maintain a culture of teamwork and excellence in patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in wound, skin, and continence care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a B.S. degree.
  • Kentucky License.
  • Certified Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in education and patient care preferred.
