Job Summary:

The LPN Ambulatory Care Specialist is a vital member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, enhancing patient satisfaction, and driving clinical outcomes. This role involves performing a range of duties, including starting IVs, performing simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN of any changes or abnormalities in the patient's condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including starting IVs and wound dressings
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
