Job Summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store.
