Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a Cardiac Ultrasound Technician who will provide essential clerical support to ensure that all patients receive high-quality and efficient care. Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Preparing patients for examinations, monitoring their progress, and documenting results.
  • Conducting timely procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
  • Implementing necessary quality control measures to guarantee the performance of high-quality examinations.
  • Adhering to and practicing appropriate infection control policies and procedures.
  • Performing quality assurance checks on all ultrasound equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • A certificate from an accredited echocardiology program is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.

Certification/License:

  • ARRT certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
