Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's quality strategy, Quality Management System (QMS), and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with relevant standards and managing the quality team effectively.
- Lead initiatives in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action implementation, loss reporting, customer service enhancement, and continuous quality process improvement.
- Provide comprehensive quality assurance support for New Product Development (NPD) projects as well as for existing product lines.
- Collaborate across departments to leverage trend analysis, enhance product reliability, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status compliant with ITAR regulations is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, or business administration is required. Six Sigma and/or ASQ certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality management within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of ISO9001, AS9102, and AS9100 standards.
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering/Management, demonstrating leadership, employee development, continuous improvement practices, and a robust problem-solving skill set.
