$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Job

As a Property Manager at Public Storage, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs and providing personalized sales recommendations. You will work independently at multiple locations, interacting with customers and promoting our services.

  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls to maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience in sales environments.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle for mileage reimbursement.
