Job Overview: Property Custodian

Hickam Communities LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Property Custodian. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community's properties, including residential homes, community centers, office space, and grounds.

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential homes, community centers, office space, and grounds, as well as providing general upkeep and repair services. Additionally, they will be required to deliver tools and equipment, assist with community events, and transport supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain residential homes, community centers, office space, and grounds.
  • Provide general upkeep and repair services as needed.
  • Deliver tools and equipment throughout the property.
  • Assist with community events and transportation of supplies and materials.


Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's driving records standards.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and respond to basic questions.
