As a Customer Claims Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting clients during challenging times. Acting as the first point of contact for customers experiencing unforeseen losses, your primary responsibility will be to represent the client's brand with compassion, ensuring customers can navigate their situations with ease. Your duties will include providing essential support to agents, insured individuals, and claimants, aligning their needs with the services available through established protocols.

What You Will Experience:

Career Advancement: Opportunity for transition from temporary to permanent employment, with an average duration of 3–4 months; extensive training and development, personalized coaching, and continuous mentorship.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Flexible Work Hours: Initial training conducted in-office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Post-training, a combination of in-office and remote work with flexible hours available between 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage claim loss reports and first notice of loss inquiries.
  • Assist with arrangements for rentals, appraisals, Express Claim shops, towing, and water mitigation services.
  • Input loss, damage, or injury details into the company's system using established protocols.
  • Interpret customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Initiate claim processes according to established workflows.
  • Recognize coverage options, claim processing requirements, and claims systems.
  • Identify claims and take necessary actions.
  • Coordinate language services for interpretation and translation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree or progress towards one.
  • 1-3 years of experience in service, financial, or hospitality sectors.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment.
  • Troubleshooting skills are advantageous.
  • Positive demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with multiple computer applications.
  • A collaborative team player who prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to changing circumstances.
