The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling claims processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Visiting affected properties to assess and document the extent of damage and determine the cause.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for policyholders throughout the claim process, answering questions, explaining coverage, and setting expectations for next steps.
  • Being available for deployment to affected areas, sometimes with little notice, and managing multiple claims simultaneously during peak disaster periods.

What you will have:

  • Mandatory: Experience working in the field directly for carriers
  • Xactimate system experience, not necessarily license.
  • P&C experience in the field
