Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Shift Manager to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our young patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Nurse Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, assigning patients to available staff members, and ensuring that the nursing floor is ready for subsequent shifts. They will also be responsible for overseeing the stocking of supplies and updating patient records.
