Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of Lean and Six-Sigma principles to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement projects aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Analyze data and results to inform improvement initiatives and measure program success.
- Facilitate and coach employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success and drive process excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a food processing environment with a strong mechanical background.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30%.
