Job Title: Director, IT Product Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, IT Product Manager to lead our Investment Compliance Product Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine the product mission and roadmap to motivate and align the team and partners
- Anticipate and prioritize partner needs to serve as their voice and guide the execution of the team
- Define, evaluate, and communicate results against acceptance criteria
- Inspect and evaluate progress, and remove impediments
- Measure performance against established objectives that deliver on agreed-upon business, technology, and people results
- Collaborate and coordinate with Product Area Leaders and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and capability and enable squad member growth, development, and learning
- Make informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance-related field; CFA/CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technology solution delivery, 6 years awareness of Agile delivery environments
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
- Financial services experience, preferred
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- Experience in Asset Management industry is desirable
