Resiliency LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager 6 to lead our operations and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing all contract management service operations at a single account/unit, maintaining customer satisfaction, and good public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Contract Services: Oversee the management of contract services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide local leadership and strategic direction to develop a team that drives new and emerging business solutions, sustaining growth in day-to-day operations.
- Customer and Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Financial Management: Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Team Management: Oversee a management/administrative team responsible for special functions, cash control, and payroll.
Requirements:
