Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff.
  • Help to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, merchandising, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
  • Execute our food program to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
