Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff.
- Help to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
- Assist with bookkeeping, merchandising, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Execute our food program to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
