We're currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT at B Above Services, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced BCBAs and contribute to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy sessions, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions to children in their homes.
  • Record and analyze data on client progress and abilities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • RBT certification.
  • At least 6 months of ABA experience (desired but not mandatory).
  • Dedication to supporting individuals with autism and related conditions.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation for traveling within the local area.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour
