Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to provide direct patient care to individuals with various developmental needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including skill building and psycho-educational groups
  • Maintain a clean and safe milieu/patient area
  • Document patient behavior and progress

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a psych-related field or currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
  • CPR certification within 60 days and CPI certification within 90 days
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (if applicable)
  • 1 year of experience or relevant training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
