As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams. This includes admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, and other essential tasks. You will also engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm and accepting recovery environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring clients and enforcing all Avenues policies to ensure safety for both clients and staff. You will record and escalate any critical communication or incidents in a timely manner. Additionally, you will fulfill all administrative duties, such as shift documentation, inventory, meetings, and office support.

We are seeking a high school diploma or equivalent holder with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are preferred. If you are in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. You must possess a warm, compassionate, and empathetic personality, as well as a dignified character that models recovery principles.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
