Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-quality service to our customers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and initiate company operations, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Work closely with branch managers and office personnel to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10+ individuals.
  • Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in leadership or management.
  • Pest control or lawn care industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
  • Previous sales management experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and retention skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties.
  • This position is subject to a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
  • Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay of $65,000 - $75,000 - DOE.
