Sales Development Representative

Mad Science of WI IL & MI is a premier provider of STEM enrichment programming and entertainment. We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to proactively prospect, engage, and activate new customers in our Milwaukee, Northern Illinois, and Detroit markets. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow-up activities
The ideal candidate will have prior sales or marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right solution for customers. You will also be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Requirements:- Minimum 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow company policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience with Quickbooks and CRM systems desired but not required
