Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Engage Search, LLC. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting operations within the Finance department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Public Accounting. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, with a CPA or Master's Degree being preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare account reconciliations: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by reconciling accounts on a regular basis.
  • Corporate expense allocations: Prepare monthly operating expense reports for division heads and investigate variances.
  • Monthly financial statements: Assist Corporate Accounting Manager with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Financial close: Assist with the monthly and annual Corporate Financial Close.
  • Credit facility reports: Assist with the preparation of credit facility related reports.
  • Annual audits: Assist with the preparation of support schedules for annual financial audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: Required
  • Public Accounting experience: Minimum of 3-4 years
  • CPA or Master's Degree: Preferred
  • GAAP knowledge: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excel skills: Excellent computer skills, including using Excel to review and modify datasets
  • NetSuite experience: A plus
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
