We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our Service Department. If you possess the following skills and experience, then we encourage you to apply:

  • Working hand-in-hand with our current Accounts Receivables Specialist and Accounting Team
  • Assist with handling multi-line phone systems
  • Assisting with giving purchase orders when necessary
  • Invoice processing: accurately process and record customer invoices, ensuring timely and correct billing
  • Collections: follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining positive relationships and resolving disputes
  • Customer Service: provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving billing issues
  • Reporting: prepare and analyze various accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and customer balances
  • Data Entry: maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our accounting system
  • Reconciliation: reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Credit Management: assist in credit risk assessment and evaluation of new customer credit applications

Salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include fully paid family health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, 401K after 3 months with a 4% company match, telemed account, life insurance, short-term disability, AD&D insurance, company email, company cell phone, two weeks' vacation accrued at 1.53 hours per week, and nine paid holidays.

Required skills and qualifications include Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, being well-organized and detail-oriented, having accounting experience, ability to work independently as well as with a team, and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
