About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with the Engineered-to-Order (ETO) and Modernization teams to design, implement, and maintain advanced material handling systems. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, from customizing control systems to resolving real-time issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning, software updates, and troubleshooting of material handling systems
  • Working with Siemens PLCs, HMI programming, and variable frequency drives to modify and optimize crane controls
  • Factory acceptance testing, lifecycle support, and monitoring for equipment obsolescence
Requirements

To succeed as an Automation Solutions Specialist, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in automation within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical background in software and hardware systems
  • Previous experience working with Siemens PLCs, HMI programming, and control systems for material handling devices
