Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all insurance billing and prior authorizations under general supervision.
• Work with weekly and monthly reports for capped rental patients to send out purchase/rent letters to DMERC patients.
• Address all denial and billing issues with claims or the billing service used to bill Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance.
• Consult with supervisor regarding any billing problems.
• Adjust or credit accounts needing corrections equal to or lesser than $
• Coordinate collection accounts that need to be sent to the Organization's outside collection agency.
Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Previous billing experience preferred.
• Analytical skills required.
