Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PFS Biller to join our team at Prisma Health. As a PFS Biller, you will be responsible for accurately and timely submitting claims to various payer sources, following timely filing guidelines. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit claims to payers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Follow up on specialty accounts to ensure timely payment
  • Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections
  • Communicate with payers, patients, and internal departments to resolve issues
  • Meet daily performance productivity and quality goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in hospital claims and billing follow-up
  • Knowledge of payer guidelines and hospital claim forms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • CRCA or CRCR certification
  • Facility claims and billing follow-up experience
