As a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional personalized service and ensuring they feel understood and informed. Your ability to deepen and broaden client relationships will be essential in driving business growth and achieving our clients' long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events

Competitive Compensation

As a Branch Office Administrator, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and bonus awards. Our hiring minimum and maximum range is $61-81k annually, based on experience and performance. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
