Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Testarossa Winery. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, coordinating winery reservations, and ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage winery reservations and coordinate private events through the Tock platform.
  • Provide timely and professional customer correspondence via email, phone, and text.
  • Handle customer service issues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Enter and process Tock payments and reconcile with the POS system (Commerce7).
  • Order and display merchandise.
  • Solicit, schedule, instruct, and request payments for Secret Shoppers.
  • Perform other administrative data entry/reporting tasks and general project support for the Hospitality Department.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience.
  • Experience working with a reservation system preferred.
  • Prior experience ordering merchandise preferred.
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and efficient.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to be flexible with assisting multiple departments and adapting to change in priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Must be available weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs on occasion.
  • Repetitive office motions (use of phone and computer), sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, reaching, and kneeling.
  • Work typically performed indoors in an office environment.

Salary Description:

$20-24/hour
