Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cannabis Processing Specialist to join our team at Jushi. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for trimming and packaging high-quality cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trimming and packaging cannabis flower to meet quality standards
  • Performing curing duties as required to ensure optimal product quality
  • Recording all activities in our state-mandated computer system
  • Assisting with harvesting and processing cannabis during peak periods
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation practices
  • Performing light to medium maintenance on automated equipment
  • Working collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the facility
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in horticulture or a related field required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in horticulture preferred
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, and language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The job is performed indoors and outdoors, with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, stooping, and bending.
