Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facility.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with conveyorized ovens, mixers, proofers, and packaging equipment is a plus.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Directing maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company safety rules and procedures
  • Communicating with management to address current and future needs
  • Maintaining and enhancing Preventative Maintenance procedures
  • Updating the Preventative Maintenance schedule
  • Providing technical guidance to the Plant Engineer
  • Attending meetings, preparing reports, and processing documents as required
  • Preparing and inspecting PM worksheets for mechanics
  • Performing daily walk-throughs to inspect equipment for safety and proper running order

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Randstad is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
