Job Title: Restoration Supervisor

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll oversee restoration processes, manage customer and client experiences, and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee restoration processes to ensure quality control
  • Manage customer and client experiences and overall project satisfaction
  • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
  • Document restoration projects and support services provided
  • Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
  • Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
  • Verify safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Coach and train restoration technicians

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification a plus

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Pay starts at $18 - $21 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
