Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Collaborate with plant engineers and other stakeholders to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Perform daily inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance personnel and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
