This role is essential for providing Administrative Support Services to assist the HR personnel at the CBP Hiring Center, CBP Processing and Servicing Center, and various divisions within the Talent Management Directorate (TMD).

Position Title: Junior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the event calendar
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of virtual recruitment initiatives
  • Monitor the progress of individual creative materials through the approval workflow
  • Coordinate meetings with essential stakeholders
  • Provide secondary review for visual and grammatical accuracy
  • Support data collection, formulation, and submission of reports related to minority, diversity, EEO, and other workforce mandates
Required Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations to groups and executives
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in a dynamic work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail in achieving goals and tasks with minimal oversight

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English
  • Must satisfy DHS Suitability Adjudication and obtain necessary clearance
