Position Overview
The Market Research Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data pertinent to marketing trends within the security sector, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights.
This position supports strategic marketing initiatives and contributes to the enhancement of marketing efforts.
Utilizing SEO techniques, the analyst will act as a proficient data researcher, coordinating and presenting relevant market information to aid in informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence Gathering:
Collect, validate, and analyze open-source intelligence data to produce comprehensive and actionable reports.
Employ various sourcing techniques to gain insights into municipal, state, and federal contracts, as well as relevant bidding processes and RFP opportunities within the security industry.
Competitive Landscape Analysis:
Perform thorough evaluations of the competitive environment in both existing and potential markets to pinpoint key trends, opportunities, and risks.
Trend Monitoring:
Continuously observe and analyze industry trends to guide strategic planning and related service and operational enhancements.
Identifying Market Opportunities:
Leverage intelligence analysis to uncover potential avenues for growth and expansion within the security sector.
Reporting and Insight Delivery:
Create and present clear, concise, and actionable intelligence reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and succinctly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience within the security industry.
