Salary:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tool and Equipment Specialist to maintain and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and repairing equipment, making recommendations, and ensuring units are maintained.

You will work in both our stores with Tool Rental Centers and in our repair centers. In a store, you will provide excellent customer service, write contracts and invoices, check tools for proper operation, and demonstrate their use as needed. In non-store locations, you will ensure units are repaired, tested, and cleaned before returning to the store.

You must have a thorough knowledge of all tools and effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining and repairing them as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in tool and equipment repair or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
