Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care to our clients in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RN to join our team in Scotland Visits office located in Laurinburg, NC. This role will involve making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing medical care, and documenting observations and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality home health care to clients, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' conditions and develop care plans
  • Monitor clients' progress, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document all interactions, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
