Job Summary:

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of table games in a casino environment. This role involves ensuring the integrity of games, managing staff performance, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise table games dealers and supervisors to ensure efficient game operations
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accountability of gaming equipment and chips
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or irregularities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floor Supervisor or Dual Rate Pit Supervisor
  • At least 3 years of Table Games experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobile and able to move around the casino
  • Tolerant of secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
  • Stamina to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
