Executive Director, Global Risk Management and REMS Account Management Lead

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the Global Risk Management and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) Account Management function. The Executive Director will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Global Risk Management and REMS Account Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Risk Management and REMS Account Management strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies and REMS programs to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and support.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partnerships to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
- Community and Leadership
- Represent Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC as a subject matter expert in Global Risk Management and REMS Account Management.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, mission, and vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in business or life sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Risk Management and REMS Account Management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality, effective communications.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and other related tools.
Syneos Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $197,486 to $267,188, as well as opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on individual and company performance. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
