Personalized Nursing Light House INC, a premier behavioral health care provider with over 33 years of experience in addiction treatment, is seeking a skilled Addiction Treatment Specialist to join our team. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care across multiple locations, serving adults struggling with substance use disorders.
As an Addiction Treatment Specialist at Personalized Nursing Light House INC, you will have the opportunity to work as a Primary Substance Use Disorder Treatment Therapist, utilizing evidence-based methods like the LIGHT model to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. Our mission is to provide innovative, effective care that prioritizes client well-being, addresses mental health concerns, and promotes overall quality of life.
We offer a competitive salary range of $28-$35 per hour, commensurate with your degree level and experience. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional care to individuals and families affected by addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the LIGHT model in assessments, teaching, and counseling to support clients' recovery journeys
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with enthusiasm and compassion, fostering client engagement and motivation
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, family members, and service providers to ensure timely processing of authorizations and optimize service utilization
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences to share knowledge, coordinate care, and promote client success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in substance abuse counseling or related fields
- Training in trauma-related services and experience working with co-occurring mental health disorders
- Familiarity with PIHP authorization processes
