About the Role: Thomas and Company is seeking a seasoned Call Center Operations Manager to lead our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve service levels and efficiency, and analyzing call center data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of customer service experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a proven track record of driving business results.
