About the Role

As a Member Relationship Representative, you will use your strong people and communication skills to educate our members to save money and increase their relationship with Qualstar. You will help our members with diverse needs, from opening new accounts to getting loans, and provide excellent service to build strong member relationships.

We are looking for people who like to help others make the most of their hard-earned money, people who get energy from connecting in person, and want to work in a great environment. If you enjoy helping people, are skilled at selling, have a passion for providing excellent service, and have a knack for problem-solving, you may be the perfect person for the job.

Banking and some lending experience are preferred, but not required. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and building strong member relationships, we encourage you to apply.
