RN - Neuro Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neuro Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our neuro critical care unit.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- 1 year of nursing experience
- National Certification in area of specialty
