Neuro Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro Critical Care Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution. As a Neuro Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Neuro Intensive Care Unit (NCCU).
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological emergencies
- Manage and interpret complex neurological data, including ICP monitoring and non-invasive cardiac output monitoring
- Collaborate with Neuro-Intensivists, hospitalists, and Advanced Practice providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
- 2 years of ICU experience, with a focus on neurocritical care
- Experience with hypothermia protocol and spinal cord injury management
- Strong knowledge of neurological emergencies, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or Neurocritical Care Nursing (CNRN)
- Experience with EPIC documentation system
