RN - Neuro Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Swedish Health Services. As a Neuro Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a Neuro ICU.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
