Neuro Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at vTech Solution. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Neuro ICU, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and use medical equipment as needed to provide safe and effective care.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- 2 years of experience in a Neuro ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Strong knowledge of neurocritical care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
