Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Specialist to join our team at RevOne Companies. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all clients have a positive experience with our company.

About the Role

The Client Care Specialist is responsible for communicating directly with clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) and acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams to meet clients' needs. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, client-first approach
  • Think critically, identify issues, and find effective solutions quickly
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Use CRM software, email, chat systems, and other office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite)
  • Document client interactions and ensure accuracy in all communications

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, client-first approach
  • Ability to think critically, identify issues, and find effective solutions quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing client needs and priorities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email, chat systems, and other office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client care role
  • Familiarity with EPIC and other hospital systems
  • Knowledge of insurance processes
  • Fluency in additional languages

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $15 - $17 per hour, commensurate with experience. The work schedule may require flexibility based on client needs, and the physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and communicating via phone, email, or chat.
