  • Lead and manage project teams, including recruitment, development, and retention of staff.
  • Participate in client contract scoping and negotiations, ensuring alignment with HNTB's Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
  • Implement HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
  • Develop and execute project management plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts.
  • Prepare and present proposal and presentation materials to clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with ability to implement and manage project delivery plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 12 years relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Language: English
