Paralegal Job Opportunity

Mundahl Law, PLLC is seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in preparing and maintaining legal documents, conducting research, and interviewing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client interviews to gather information about their legal matters
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of an attorney
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, conducting research, and coordinating with witnesses
  • Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating with other staff members
  • Coordinate law office activities, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
  • Handle client communication through email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate with other staff members
  • Handle time and billing for attorneys and staff, ensuring accurate accounting of WIP
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Preference for candidates with paralegal certification or advanced education
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
