Paralegal Specialist

GPAC is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their Southern California team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to advance their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in trust and probate litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining litigation documents.
- Assist with client communications and ensure timely updates regarding case progress.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient case management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
- Familiarity with California court procedures and filing requirements.
- Must reside in San Diego, California or Los Angeles, California area.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
