Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Collect and analyze vehicle data to render a confirmed offer, working closely with CarBrain evaluators and external partners.
  • Deliver confirmed offers and successfully close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Assist and support colleagues with communication gaps and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Great active listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrates empathy and a positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to succeed in a high-volume sales environment, with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Fluent in English / Spanish is a strong plus (optional).
  • Types 40+ words per minute.
