Position Overview: F5, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect. This role involves:

  • Conducting research, designing, and developing software for computer and network systems or specialized utility applications.
  • Updating existing software or enhancing its capabilities.
  • Designing and articulating complex architectures to fulfill the requirements of large financial service clients.
  • Communicating F5's product strategy, messaging, and positioning to align with customer business goals.
  • Providing technical expertise through various mediums, including sales presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations.
  • Assessing the viability of opportunities and mapping out organizational structures.
  • Collaborating with the Account Manager to drive the sales process by identifying and engaging with the Technical Decision Maker.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Working collaboratively with internal technical and sales teams, sharing best practices and expertise as needed.

Work Environment: Telecommuting options are available, with some travel to F5 offices required. You may be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites across the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering (any field), or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the offered position or a related field.

Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option, with potential travel to F5 offices required.

Compensation: Salary is competitive and may include additional incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
