About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in facilitating surgical procedures by assembling instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.

Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will collaborate with the surgical team, including the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and other medical support personnel, to provide patient care that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the Surgical Services department and Swedish Medical Center.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare instrumentation, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
  • Provide patient care and support during surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
Requirements
  • Certificate of completion of a surgical technician vocational program or documentation of equivalent training.
  • Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
